Anne and Zef

Anne and Zef is a musical theatre, about Anne Frank, who meets an Albanian boy of the same age, called Zef, in the afterlife. Zef is a victim of a rivalry between two Albanian families and is killed in an act of honour killing. This opera was created for young listeners between 10 and 17 years of age, but is also suitable for adults. Apart from a simple stage set, video projection with impressions of the circumstances of Anne’s and Zef’s lives are part of the stage design. Anne and Zef will be performed in Amsterdam on the 4 and 5 of March and Rome.
