Cello Masterclass – Gabriele Geminiani
Music workshop activities
Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, as part of the European Music Up Close project and thanks to collaboration with the LAZIO REGION, will be holding a Cello masterclass with Prof. Gabriele Geminiani, first-chair cello at Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia.
This event will be held on 28 May, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Petrassi Hall at Rome’s Auditorium Parco della Musica, and will be attended by the cello ensemble of the JuniOrchestra, the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia Youth Orchestra, and celloists from the Lazio Region’s musical institutions (conservatories, musical secondary schools, and middle schools with a musical concentration –only third-year middle-school classes).
The master class is free of charge.
Accademia di Santa Cecilia will invite cello students from the Lazio Region’s musical institutions.
