Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, as part of the European Music Up Close project and thanks to collaboration with the LAZIO REGION, will be holding a Flute master class with Prof. Andrea Oliva, first-chair flute at Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia.

This event will be held on 17 May, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Sinopoli Hall at Rome’s Auditorium Parco della Musica, and will be attended by the flute ensemble of the JuniOrchestra, the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia Youth Orchestra, and flutists from the Lazio Region’s musical institutions (conservatories, musical secondary schools, and middle schools with a musical concentration –only third-year middle-school classes).

The master class is free of charge.

Accademia di Santa Cecilia will invite flute students from the Lazio Region’s musical institutions.

The School/Institution may enrol interested pupils by filling out the form available on the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia website.

On the Accademia’s website, all participants may also download the parts for Boismortier’s Concerto for five flutes, which they will all be playing together during the master class.
