Through Ravel’s ballet Ma Mère l’Oye (Mother Goose) the families explore the world of the symphony orchestra and its instruments. Six dancers choreographed by Antonio Ruz lead parents and children through a musical journey full of movement. The Orchestra shares the same stage with Perrault’s characters that inspired Ravel to compose one of his most original works: Sleeping Beauty, Patufet (Catalan folktale), Beauty and the Beast and many other protagonists of the children’s stories.
